Clubs - Spring 2026
Below are details of our Spring clubs.
The clubs start week commencing Monday 12 January and run for ten weeks.
All Clubs’ will finish, for this term, after school on Friday 20 March 2026
Digital Art Club – Year 3 (Classes 9 and 10)
Wednesday – 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm

Art is fun! We are going to use our computer skills to have fun with art. We will be exploring a number of different programs including Tate Kids, Paint.net and Microsoft Paint 3D to produce different types of paintings. We will also spend some time looking at Digital Photo Editing using Picasa.
Choir Club – KS2 (Classes 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16)
Tuesday 8.00 am – 8.45 am
Mrs Huby
Start your day with a song! Mrs Huby is looking forward to teaching you songs which will include songs from films and theatre, traditional songs and rounds which will develop your musical skills. The choir will have the opportunity to sing at the Rotary Choir Competition. Come along and share your musical talents!
Team Games Club – Year 1 & 2 – (Classes 6, 7 & 8)
Monday – 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm
Miss Gunduz
Get ready for fun, movement, and teamwork! Through a variety of exciting team-based activities and challenges, we will learn the importance of being a team player, and work together to develop our cooperation and communication skills. If you want the opportunity to connect with your peers and enjoy some friendly competition, come along, and let's play, learn and grow as a team.
Puzzle Club – KS1 – (Classes 6, 7 and 8)
Tuesday – 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm

Do you like playing puzzles and games with your friends and family? Would you like to learn some new puzzles and games? If so then this may be the club for you. We will get out all of our puzzles and games and have lots of fun.
Gymnastics Club – Year 5 & 6 – INVITATION ONLY
Thursday 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm
Miss Bowers
Our Gymnastics Club will still be running on a Thursday after school. Miss Bowers would like any child in Year 5 or 6 who would like to join her club to come along. Gymnastics can help to develop your physical skills, it will help to develop your bones to make them strong. Hopefully you will gain the confidence to try new moves and help you work as a team to encourage each other. But most of all we want to have some fun!
Pivot Animator – Year 5 – (Classes 13 & 14)
Monday - 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm

If you join this club you will learn to animate using Pivot, a program building short animations, moving figures using small movements frame by frame. We will also have a look at Scratch - a program to learn code skills, short animations and games which can be made in a fun way.
Dance Club – Year 5 & 6 (Classes 13, 14, 15 & 16)
Thursday – 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm
Miss Holdsworth
Are you a ‘Strictly’ contestant of the future? Would you like to practice your dance moves? If so our Dance Club could be the place for you on a Thursday afternoon straight after school, join Miss Holdsworth to work on your street dance and jazz moves.
Karate Club – Years 4, 5 & 6 (Classes 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16)

Tuesday 8.00 am to 8.45 am
Sensei Matt has been working with our Year 6 children during the Autumn Term and is happy to offer an extended school club for more of our KS2 children. If your child would like to learn from a professional and is happy to commit to arriving at school for 8.00 am on a Tuesday please complete the slip attached and return it to school.
Football Club – Year 3 & 4
We have the opportunity in Year 3 and 4 for an after school Football Club with our PE Coach, in the Spring Term starting in January. This will run from 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm on a Friday afternoon.
