Clubs - Summer 2026
Below are details of our Summer clubs.
The clubs start week commencing Monday 20 April and run for eleven weeks.
All Clubs’ will finish, for this term, after school on Friday 17 July 2026
Year 3 – Times Tables Rock Stars and Prodigy Maths & English
Classes 9 & 10
Monday 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm
Mrs Thorpe
Practice your times tables and challenge other children in the club. This club will be a fun way to learn those very important times tables. Prodigy is a special learning program that has been developed to help with maths and english – it’s a fun way to learn
Year 4, 5 & 6 Cricket Club
Classes 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16
Monday 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm
Mr Armitage
Have you got what it takes to be a member of our cricket club.
Mr Armitage will be running our Cricket Club which will help with your skills; batting, bowling, fielding and fitness. Who knows you may also make new friends with a joint interest. If you would like to give cricket a go, ask your mum or dad to complete the booking form, return it to school and make payment.
KS2 Choir Club
Classes 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 16
Tuesday 8.00 am to 8.45 am
Mrs Huby
Come along and join Mrs Huby for a musical start to the day! Our choir perform as part of our church services and at other events in school. Prompt arrival and commitment to rehearsals is essential – choir starts at 8.00 am. Find your voice and be part of something special!
Year 4, 5 and 6 Karate Club
Tuesday 8.00 am to 8.45 am
Sensei Matt
Sensei Matt will be running his Karate Club in the school hall on a Tuesday morning during the summer term – please note Karate Club starts at 8.00 am which will mean getting out of bed early. An invitation has been sent to all current Karate Club members. However, if you would like to try Karate please complete the booking form and return it to school, at the same time asking your parent to make payment via ParentPay
Year 6 - Pivot Animator Club
Classes 15 & 16
Tuesday – 3.20 pm to 4.15 pm
Mrs Thorpe
Learn to animate using Pivot, a program building short animations, moving figures using small movements frame by frame. Scratch - a program to learn code skills, short animations and games can be made in a fun way. Microbits - In year 6 we have been using Microbits, small circuit boards, to learn further code skills.
Reception - Lego Club
Classes 3 & 4
Tuesday – 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm
Miss Davey
Miss Davey would like to invite you to join her Lego club – we will be using our school Lego to build whatever you would like to build. You can build by yourself or join with your friends and build together. Ask your mum or dad to complete the booking form, return it to school and make payment via ParentPay.

Do you like playing games with your friends and family and solving puzzles? If you do then this may be the club for you. We will be playing some familiar games and maybe some new ones too.
Year 1 & Year 2 Ball Skills Club
Classes 6, 7 and 8
Friday – 3.15 pm to 4.00 pm
Mr Kendall – PE Coach
Mr Kendall would like to invite you to our Ball Skills Club, we will be learning throwing and catching along with dribbling and striking (hitting a ball), which will all help to strengthen our movement skills, co-ordination and confidence.
